Mohawk Valley Living to Feature Cooperstown Cookie Company
[February 22, 2008, Cooperstown, NY}On Sunday, February 24, Mohawk Valley Living
will feature the Cooperstown
Cookie Company. The company's baseball-shaped shortbread cookies are baked
at DeIorio's in Utica, and then packaged and shipped from HTC, a company
committed to enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities and
other barriers to employment.
"With DeIorios and HTC, the Cooperstown Cookie Company is able to fulfill
baseball cookie orders throughout the United States," says Pati Drumm Grady,
the company's president and founder. "We are very proud of the work of these
Central New York businesses, and also that we are a Pride of New York
Company."
Mohawk Valley Living, a show exploring the arts, entertainment and heritiage of Central New York,
is shown three times on Sundays: 7:30am WKTV 10am CW
(Ch. 11), and 12:05 Midnight WKTV. The episode will also be available on
